Downloadable MP3's: The person responsible for payment shall have certain rights to the mp3(s). ALL mp3's are not to be re-sold or distributed in any way for any reason. Once an mp3 is downloaded, the owner may create a CD copy available only to himself/herself. There is a limited time period to download an mp3 and that information is disclosed within the email containing the download link. All mp3's purchased from our Digital Store are full version. If for some reason a link will not download to your computer, please email webmaster@gospelexpress.org for help. Gospel Express is not liable, in the unlikely event, that issues with your service provider keeps you from downloading mp3(s) from our site.
FAQ's about Performance Tracks
Q. Can I use these tracks to record an album for sale?
A. When you purchase a soundtrack, you are also granted the rights to
perform live using the original copy. It does not cover reproduction
rights or recording rights usage, especially for sale. However, there are
methods for you to retain the rights for recording. (Leasing..ect)
When a song is used for recording a work for sale, royalties are due to
the publisher, writer and record label. If you desire to record an
album using these tracks, please contact Gospel Express in order to
legally use these tracks for recording purposes.
